Dismantle an opposition Campaign
The problem
The promoters, responsible of a main urban regeneration plan, met the opposition of certain hostile groups, who had built up an adverse public opinion atmosphere against the project.
The solution
The development of a new image, based in attractive and strong marketing actions, in addition to the creation of argued and held up messages through a permanent communication campaign changed the perception of citizens, who made of it a sign of progress and living together.
