A new strategy on people to improve the marketing in banking
Tarazaga Emotional Business Management has identified key people’s behavior in one of the main Spanish banks, developing the emotional map on the company in a particular area.
The pilot project conducted in 2010, has served to generate the commercial improvement strategy in that territory, defining the marketing, communication, training and human resources actions that would allow an adequate response to the market, while increasing productivity, motivation and involvement of employees.
