Figeva is a new foundation for the innovation in the management and the leadership from human values that has been created in 2005 by Tarazaga Emotional Business Management. It tries to improve emotional capabilities of businesses and organizations leaders to increase both the well being of people inside them competitiveness and efficiency.

Figeva was presented in Bilbao on October 24th with an opening conference of Ph.D. Mr. Antonio Damasio, the prestigious neurologist of the University of Southern California who has been recently awarded with the Scientific Research Príncipe de Asturias Award

The conference was opened by the Basque Councillor of Industry, Ms. Ana Agirre and was closed by the Biscay's Adjunct Deputy General, Mr. Patxi Sierra
