This event has the target of providing the meetinf between managing directors and business people  with the innovative thinking of Sir John Whitmore, based in the developement of cultural change in organizations as necessary element to keep on business due to fast transformations that take place in our society.

 Sir John Whitmore is one of main global experts in leadership and pioneer in directors coaching . His work, Coaching for Performance, is well-known all over the world and has been translated to more than 17 languages.

Nowadays, he's Chairman of Performance Consultants International and is working with institutions like United Nations in the need of principles in global leadership.

Mr. David Álvarez Díez receives the Leadership from Principles Award. He's created from a small cleaning business in the 60's a great corporation group that employs 50.000 workers in 12 countries.

Something that characterizes David Álvarez is to give main importance to honestity and service to society, what was recognized last year by The Economist-Spencer Stuart with the Ethics in Business Success Award.

FIGEVA (Innovation in Management and Leadership Foundation) was created in 2005 to provide a new leadership pattern for corporations and organizations.

The Foundation bases in the idea of behaviour coming from internalization and practical living, and not only from abstract enunciation.

As a part of its commitment, FIGEVA has created a training center in leadership, facilities of which are inaugurated in this event.
