"DaimlerChrysler wants to promote internal values of people, without them it is not possible to reach its external prior value: quality". This is how the President of DaimlerChrysler Spain, Mr. Armando Gaspar, resumed his speech "The Values in DaimlerChryler", in the conference on the new management model titled "The Values in the Company".

Mr. Enrique de Sendagorta, President of Sener, and Ms. Isabel Salsamendi, Partner Director of Tarazaga Emotional Business Management have also taken part in the conference. The act has been presided by Mr. Julio Artetxe, Deputy of Employment and Formation of Biscay's Government.

Enrique de Sendagorta talked about "the Affect to the Company". Sener's President said literally "This is not a soft and minor topic, but a first magnitude factor when searching a good service, the professional excellence, wisdom, and the ethical behaviour needed for the prosperity of society and the improvement of men".

Finally Ms. Isabel Salsamendi, Partner Director of Tarazaga Emotional Business Management, refered to "The Crisis of Values in the Company". In this aspect, Salsamendi affirmed "the values that inspire society are omnipresent in businesses. If society is living a crisis of values, companies are not unconnected to it". She emphasized aspects that, in her opinion, are the origin of the present crisis of values and affirmed "only if we reinforce the values from the beginning we will make capable people. Countries that better base their human values will enjoy a competitive advantage on the long-term".

The conference was organised by the Association of Business and Executive Women (AED) in collaboration with Tarazaga Emotional Business Management at the Grand Hotel Dómine Bilbao.
